DWF has advised IWG plc on the lease agreement for 1,450 square meters of office space in the Okraglak building in Poznan. DPPA Legal Grzonek Swidnicki advised the landlords on the deal.
IWG Plc is a Jersey-based workspace company. According to DWF, the space that will serve as another IWG flexible office space center in Poland.”
