Norton Rose Fulbright has advised DLE Poland on its purchase of a land plot in Warsaw.
DLE Poland is part of the DLE Group AG – an asset management platform.
According to Norton Rose, “the property is situated in a district that is undergoing a transformation from an entirely industrial to an entirely residential area. The property is well connected to the city center, with direct proximity to public transport and a nearby motorway connection.”
Norton Rose's team included Partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz and Counsel Jan Wszolek.
The firm said it could not provide additional information on the deal.
