Dentons has advised Heimstaden Bostad on the acquisition of four blocks of flats in Warsaw from Dantex. Gras i Wspolnicy advised Dantex on the deal.

According to Dentons, the flats are located “within the Aurora residential project in Warsaw's Wlochy district. The transaction was carried out in a forward funding formula and comprises 400 units for rent with a total area of 19,500 square meters.”

Heimstaden Bostad is a residential property management company. Dantex is a Polish developer.

Previously, Dentons has advised Heimstaden Bostad on the acquisition of 2,500 rental apartments from CP Developer in 2021 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 11, 2021), the acquisition of three build-to-rent residential projects in Warsaw from the Marvipol group the same year (as reported on February 2, 2021), and on the acquisition of two further build-to-rent projects in Warsaw from Eiffage Immobilier Polska in 2020 (as reported on December 15, 2020).
