Former Counsel Filip Lesniak has been promoted to Partner at Rymarz Zdort.
Lesniak specializes in commercial company law, M&A transactions, and capital market regulations. He has been with the team since 2010 when it was still operating under the Weil, Gotshal & Manges brand. He first joined as an Associate and, in 2020, he was promoted to Counsel (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 4, 2020).
