Rymarz Zdort has advised Electrum on establishing a joint venture with Nofar Europe to identify and develop opportunities for renewable energy in Poland.

According to Rymarz Zdort, Electrum is an independent power producer that specializes in preparing, implementing, launching, operating, and maintaining investment projects in the renewable energy sources, IT, and industry sectors.
Nofar Europe is a subsidiary of Nofar Energy, a public, global, and entrepreneurial company in the field of renewable energy. The company’s activities include ground-mounted solar projects, floating solar projects on water reservoirs, rooftop solar projects, and electricity storage projects.
