Greenberg Traurig has advised investment banks Citigroup, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, Trigon Dom Maklerski, Numis Securities Limited, and mBank in the initial public offering of shares in Grupa Pracuj and the admission of its shares to listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Rymarz Zdort advised TCV on the sale of shares in Grupa Pracuj’s public offering. White & Case advised Grupa Pracuj on its IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange regulated market.

The total value of shares sold via the IPO was PLN 1.12 billion. The final price in the IPO was set at PLN 74 per share and the offering comprised of 15,134,278 shares.

According to White & Case, "the shares were offered in a public offering conducted in Poland and directed to both institutional and retail investors. The offering was also addressed to qualified institutional buyers in the U.S. in compliance with Rule 144A of the U.S. Securities Act and certain other institutional investors outside the U.S. in accordance with Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act."

Citigroup, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, and Trigon Dom Maklerski acted as joint global coordinators, Numis Securities Limited as joint bookrunner, and mBank as co-manager.

Grupa Pracuj is a technology platform in the HR industry in Central and Eastern Europe, supporting companies in the recruitment, retention, and development of employees.
