Closing is expected in the first half of 2022, pending regulatory approval.
Pollen Street is an independent, alternative investment management company focused on the financial and business services sectors. Blue Media is an online payments provider in Poland.
According to Rymarz Zdort, the investment in Blue Media will "help accelerate its expansion plans in the payment service sector in Europe."
