Act BSWW has advised FM Solutions SPV on the acquisition of shares in FM Solutions from investment fund Giovanni FIZ.
According to Act BSWW, FM Solutions is a facility manager in the south of Poland (Krakow, Katowice, Wroclaw) offering comprehensive technical, infrastructural, and administrative services for properties across the country.
Act BSWW’s team included Managing Partner Michal Wielhorski, Partners Mateusz Prokopiuk and Katarzyna Marzec, and Senior Associate Pawel Bochnia.
