Allen & Overy has advised Santander Bank Polska on a EUR 750 million issuance of senior preferred notes under its EUR 5 billion Euro Medium Term Note program arranged by Banco Santander.
According to the firm, "the notes are intended to be counted towards the relevant TLAC-MREL Santander Bank Polska requirements. The notes have been admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Euronext Dublin Stock Exchange."
Santander Bank Polska offers financial solutions for individuals, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises as well as Polish and international corporations. Since 2011, the bank belongs to the international Santander Group.
