Kondracki Celej has advised Market One Capital, Profounders Capital, and Speedinvest, while Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka advised Infravia Capital Partners and Crido Legal advised PortfoLion on their respective investments in Packhelp's PLN 190 million series B funding round. Think Legal advised Packhelp.
The round was led by Infravia's Growth fund and also included FJ Labs, the European Investment Bank, Inovo Venture Partners, and White Star Capital.
According to DZP, the funds raised will help further develop the start-up by, among other things, acquiring local players, further expanding its offer, and upgrading its infrastructure.
Packhelp operates a platform for designing and ordering personalized packaging with its own imprint, for customers in Poland and abroad. The company also assists start-ups in launching their own online shops. Lead investor Infravia Growth is a French VC fund specializing in technology investments.
"It was the largest series B round in Poland and one of the largest in the CEE region in 2021," Crido Legal informed.
"The financing obtained under the series B round is intended, inter alia, to prepare the company for a wider expansion in the country and abroad," Crido Legal Partner Przemyslaw Furmaga commented. "Thanks to the support obtained from investors, Packhelp will have an opportunity for even more dynamic development and strengthening its position. We are glad that young Polish technology companies are attracting more and more interest from foreign investors and that we can participate in more and more interesting projects of this type."
