Wiercinski Kwiecinski Baehr has advised KGAL company EW Rywald in the contractor selection process for the Rywald wind farm project in Poland.
The project was awarded to a consortium of two contractors, consisting of Onde and P&Q.
According to WKB, the Rywald wind farm will be located in the Radzyn Chelminski commune and will have an installed capacity of 27 megawatts, generated by nine Nordex turbines. "The turbine supplier contract has already been concluded and the commencement of the construction is scheduled for the beginning of 2022, with taking-over of the works in spring 2023," the firm informed.
The WKB team was led by Partner Marta Midloch and included Partner Maciej Szambelanczyk, Managing Associate Marek Pretki, and Senior Associate Agata Kukawka-Evers.
