DLA Piper has advised Polish leasing company European Leasing Fund on the securitization of a PLN 2.2 billion leasing receivables portfolio.
EFL provides financial solutions for small, medium, and large businesses, including offering lease, loan, rent, insurance, and other additional services. The company belongs to Credit Agricole Group.
The DLA Piper team included Warsaw-based Partners Mariusz Hyla and Bartosz Matusik, Counsel Pawel Turek, and Junior Associate Julia Rychlinska, as well as London-based Partner Steven Krivinskas and Associate Patrick Lightbown.
