Greenberg Traurig has advised Hansainvest Real Assets on the acquisition of a Polish logistics portfolio from Panattoni. DLA Piper advised Panattoni on the deal.
According to Greenberg Traurig, the logistics portfolio “comprises a logistics park in Wroclaw, consisting of two warehouse buildings with a gross leasable area of approximately 24,000 square meters, and a logistics park located near Poznan, with two warehouse buildings and a gross leasable area of approximately 20,000 square meters.”
Hansainvest Real Assets is a German investment and asset management firm, offering services ranging from acquisition and sale to project development, asset management, and portfolio management. The company’s real estate portfolio currently consists of around 231 properties in 19 countries. The volume of assets under management is just under EUR 6.5 billion.
