Andersen in Poland, working with Berrylaw in France and Lewis Silkin in the UK, has advised Delpharm on the acquisition of a Poznan-based drug manufacturing plant from GSK.

According to Andersen, the acquired plant is Delpharm’s first production facility in the CEE region. As part of the transaction, the ownership of the plant, the infrastructure, and approximately 700 employees were transferred to Delpharm.

Founded over 30 years ago in France, Delpharm is a contract drug development and manufacturing organization. The company provides services in 120 countries.

The Andersen team was led by Managing Partner Marcin Matyka, Partners Monika Poteraj and Leszek Rydzewski, and Senior Associate Aneta Gorecka.

The Berrylaw team consisted of Partners Delphine Bariani and Pierre Bouley, Of Counsel Annaelle Lousquy, and Associate Alison Anaya.
