Moskwa Jarmul Haladyj has advised Poland’s OT Logistics on the sale of an 88% stake in C.Hartwig Gdynia to Rhenus Beteiligungen International. M.Mazurek & Partners advised the buyer.

Closing took place on October 22, 2021. According to MJH, as a result of the transaction, OTL Group companies have raised funds allowing them to reduce the value of their existing debt to financial creditors by approximately PLN 80 million.

The OTL Group is a Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed company, operating in the logistics industry. The company provides transport, freight forwarding, and logistics services.

C.Hartwig Gdynia is a freight forwarder, operating on the Polish and international market. The company provides services in the field of road transport, warehousing, air freight, multimodal, and groupage lines.

As an international logistics service provider, the Rhenus Group offers automotive and contract logistics, warehousing, outsourcing, planning, and customs clearance.
