Baker McKenzie has advised Texas-based video game publisher and developer Devolver Digital on its initial public offering of common shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
Devolver Digital's shares now trade on the AIM market under the symbol 'DEVO'.

Baker McKenzie’s international team was led by Partners Roger Bivans and Harrison Morris and included members in the United States, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, as well as Poland-based Partner Tomasz Krzyzowski and Associate Pawel Jaros.
