MFW Fialek has advised Develia on a PLN 125 million joint-venture transaction with Grupo Lar's Polish subsidiaries involving several development investments in Warsaw that will include over 600 apartments.
Grupo Lar Holding Polonia and Lar Management Polonia participated in the joint-venture transaction on behalf of the Spanish capital group Grupo Lar.
Develia is a development group in Poland, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Grupo Lar is an international group that has been operating for over 50 years, carrying out development projects in Europe, North America, and South America.
