Act BSWW has advised the Interpump Group on the Polish component of its EUR 278 million acquisition of the White Drive Motors and Steering business unit from the Danfoss Group. SPCG advised the seller on the Polish legal aspects of the transaction.
White Drive Motors and Steering has manufacturing facilities in the US, Germany, and Poland. The Polish company has two production plants located near Wroclaw.
The deal received regulatory approval from the EU Commission and the US Department of Justice.
According to Act BSWW, the Interpump Group is the world’s largest producer of professional high-pressure piston pumps, as well as one of the global players in the hydraulic components market. The company is listed on the Italian Stock Exchange.
Headquartered in Denmark, Danfoss is a supplier of mobile hydraulics and electrification products and solutions. The company produces mechanical and electronic components in 50 factories located in 20 countries.
