Gide Advises Bank Pekao and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on Amendment of Tramwaje Slaskie's Bond Program

Gide has advised Bank Pekao and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on the amendment of an existing bond issue program, established by Tramwaje Slaskie.

According to Gide, this included increasing the maximum value of the program to PLN 764.4 million. The firm also advised on the first two issuances after the amendment, totaling PLN 268.4 million.

Tramwaje Slaskie, the first line of which opened in 1894, is the Upper Silesian tram network. Spread over more than 50 kilometers, Tramwaje Slaskie covers 13 towns in the Upper Silesia metropolitan area, as well as their suburbs.
