Grant Thornton has advised Polish vintage and antique furniture e-commerce platform Yestersen and its shareholders on the sale of a 20.5% stake in the company to Polish furniture manufacturer Forte. Partners-You-Trust advised Forte on the deal.

Grant Thornton describes Yestersen as an “e-commerce platform for timeless objects from bygone eras, and the best contemporary furniture designs.” The platform trades in furniture and accessories from established brands as well as vintage and antique shops.

According to the firm, Forte is a European producer of self-assembled furniture, with five production plants in Poland. It sells its products in 40 countries and introduces over 800 new products to its catalog each year.

Grant Thornton’s team included Senior Counsel Karol Guzdziol, Senior Associate Adrianna Roloff, and Associate Michal Zaborowski.

The Partners-You-Trust team was led by Attorney Michal Karwacki.
