Linklaters has advised Polish logistics developer 7R on the sale of Kowale 7R Park Gdansk II to real estate asset manager Generali Real Estate. Clifford Chance advised the buyer.
7R Park Gdansk II is an industrial park comprising of three buildings with an overall space of 52,000 square meters.
According to Linklaters, “the new logistics park is fully leased to strong tenants, including InPost, Dot2Dot, and Rohlig Suus. The buildings (which are Breeam certified) are equipped with smart solutions, including optimization of energy consumption.”
Headquartered in Cracow and with local offices in Warsaw, Gdansk, and Sosnowiec, 7R is a developer operating in the commercial real estate market, providing state-of-the-art warehouse spaces.
Generali Real Estate offers cross-border investment programs and operates across the different European markets.
