JDP Advises Bacteromic on Manufacturing Contract with Technicolor Subsidiary

JDP Drapala & Partners has advised Bacteromic on its manufacturing agreement with an unidentified Technicolor subsidiary. Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak advised the Technicolor subsidiary on the deal.

Bacteromic is a Scope Fluidics Group company specializing in developing medical diagnostics equipment. According to JDP, the company “signed a manufacturing contract, under which, together with its business partner, it will develop a small-scale cartridge production line for the BacterOMIC system and carry out R&D activities. A cutting-edge device, developed by Polish microbiologists and engineers, [it] allows the drug sensitivity of bacteria to a large group of antibiotics to be quantitatively assessed in a single test for the first time ever.” According to the firm, “the BacterOMIC production line will be developed by a business partner belonging to the global holding Technicolor, relying on the know-how of the Scope Fluidics Group.”
