BSJP has advised French group Alliando on the acquisition of Polish joint-stock company Bayleg from shareholders Andrzej Woznica, Aleksandra Kopral-Woznica, Marta Woznica, and Krzysztof Iwan. Russell Bedford Poland advised the sellers on the deal.
Financial details were not disclosed.
According to BSJP, Bayleg is the second-largest distributor of veterinary products in Poland while the Alliando Group is the second-largest distributor of veterinary products on the European market and a leader in retail pharmacy and industrial veterinary practice channels.
BSJP’s team included Partner Ewa Boryczko and Senior Associate Agnieszka Pokora.
The Russell Bedford Poland team included Attorneys Andrzej Dmowski and Maciej Tuszynski.
