Linklaters has advised Bain Capital Credit on a strategic joint venture with White Star Group. The joint venture will invest in logistics projects in Poland and the CEE. Dentons advised White Star Group on the deal.
Bain Capital Credit is a multi-asset alternative investment firm. White Star Group is an international real estate company.
According to Linklaters, “the first projects of the joint venture include two A-class logistics centers in the Warsaw suburbs of Nowy Konik and Raszyn. The total area of both facilities will be approximately 120,000 square meters. The BREEM certified structures will be equipped with green solutions such as photovoltaic panels, water recycling, energy-efficient systems, and electric vehicle charging stations.”
