Wardynski & Partners, working alongside German law firm Gorg, has advised the Herbstreith & Fox Group on the acquisition of the Naturex pectin manufacturing business from Swiss-based Givaudan SA group.
According to Wardynski & Partners, the multi-jurisdictional transaction included the acquisition of Naturex assets in Poland, Switzerland, and France.
Wardynski & Partners’ team included Partners Krzysztof Libiszewski and Michal Nowacki and Attorney Piotr Wcislo.
