Wardynski & Partners has advised Konami Digital Entertainment on a partnership with Polish game developer Bloober Team S.A.
According to Wardynski & Partners, “the agreement between the parties tightens their existing cooperation, aimed at facilitating the exchange of know-how on [the] creation of content and establishing the conditions for exploitation of the greatest strengths and skills of both Konami and Bloober Team.”
Wardynski & Partners’ team included Partners Izabela Zielinska-Barlozek, Maciej Szewczyk, and Marcin Pietkiewicz and Attorney Katarzyna Jaroszynska.
