Rymarz Zdort has advised entities of the Energa Capital Group on the carve-out of a gas power plant from Elektrownia Ostroleka.
According to the firm, brownfield investments are planned for the end of 2021 / the beginning of 2022 and are estimated at PLN 2.5 billion.
