White & Case has advised mBank S.A. on Develia's bond issuance for a total amount of up to USD 105 million.
According to the firm, the bonds were offered to qualified investors in a no-prospectus public offering and were introduced to trading on the alternative trading system organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The bonds were registered with the National Depository of Securities.
Develia S.A., formerly known as LC Corp, is a real estate developer group in Poland, making commercial and residential investments in six of Poland's largest cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, Katowice, Gdansk, and Lodz.
