Rymarz Zdort has advised Innova Capital-controlled CS Group Polska on the refinancing of existing debt and obtaining additional term and revolving credit facilities, under an agreement with mBank S.A.
According to Rymarz Zdort, “CS Group supports more than 50,000 small and medium-sized businesses in Poland and the broader CEE region by delivering a wide array of digital solutions related to online presence and automation of sales processes.”
According to the firm, Innova is a CEE-oriented private equity fund, with six investment funds and a total value of EUR 1.1 billion, with almost 60 investments across 10 countries in the CEE region.
Rymarz Zdort’s team included Partner Marcin Iwaniszyn and Associates Jakub Czerka and Maria Slomska.
