Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised Bank Pekao and mBank on the establishment of Robyg’s PLN 500 million bond program and its subsequent PLN 150 million bond issuance.
Robyg, a Polish real estate developer that focuses on investments in Warsaw, Gdansk, Wroclaw, and Poznan, used in-house counsel on the deal.
Gide’s team included Partner Robert Dulewicz, Counsel Michal Smiechowski, and Associate Przemyslaw Kopka.
