Noerr has advised the shareholders of Adaptive Vision Sp. z o.o. on the sale of 100% of the shares in the company to a UK-based subsidiary of Zebra Technologies. Baker McKenzie advised the buyers on the deal.

Adaptive Vision provides machine vision software for manufacturing and other industries. Zebra Technologies is an American corporation building enterprise-level data capture and automatic identification solutions.

Noerr’s team was led by Warsaw-based Partner Ludomir Biedecki and included Counsel Konrad Werner and Senior Associates Mateusz Slodczyk and Jaroslaw Karlikowski.
