Orrick and Kondracki Celej have advised lead investor FF Ventures on the EUR 5 million in financing obtained by SpaceOS. Mason Hayes & Curran advised SpaceOS on the financing.
SpaceOS, which is based in Dublin and Warsaw, has developed software for the property sector that enables users to manage workspaces. The company describes its product as an “operating system for buildings” that allows users to do everything from opening doors via their smartphones to booking parking spaces, registering guests, and sending out invoices.
