The Ozog Tomczykowski Law Firm has advised the Warsaw Equity Group on its sale of a 64% stake in Zaklady Przemyslu Cukierniczego Otmuchow S.A. and a minority stake in Przedsiebiorstwo Wyrobow Cukierniczych Odra S.A to Kervan Gıda Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi. KPMG Legal advised the buyer.
Kervan is a Turkish producer of soft confectionery products. The company is listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
According to Ozog Tomczykowski, “ZPC Otmuchow together with PWC Odra are among the oldest manufacturers of sweets in Poland.”
