Greenberg Traurig has advised private equity fund Gilde Healthcare on its acquisition of Acti-Med AG.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

According to Greenberg Traurig, “Gilde Healthcare is acquiring both Acti-Med AG, based in Hesse, and its wholly owned Polish subsidiary, based in Kozerki, by way of a share deal.”

Acti-Med focuses on the development and production of cannulas for the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
