Baker McKenzie has advised People Can Fly on its acquisition of Canada-based Game On Creative, Inc. The transaction provides for a share swap with PCF shares and the reinvestment of Game On's founder in PCF. DWF Poland advised Game On Creative on Polish legal matters and Miller Thomson advised the company on Canadian aspects.

People Can Fly is a public company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Game On specializes primarily in animation production. It has its own motion capture studio enabling simultaneous recording of character animation, facial animation, and sound and audio recording for major game companies. Game On is also a long-term production partner of the People Can Fly studio.
