DWF has advised Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income on its EUR 28 million acquisition of the Panattoni Lodz City VIII logistics and distribution center from Panattoni. Miller Canfield advised the seller.
According to DWF, the center consists of 27,888 square meters of warehouse space and 3,612 square meters of office space. It is fully leased to six tenants.
DWF’s team included Local Partner Katarzyna Debinska-Pietrzyk, Senior Associates Katarzyna Urbanska and Bartosz Ostrowski, and Junior Associate Dominika Sitkiewicz.
Miller Canfield’s team consisted of Partners Wojciech Langowski and Konrad Marciniuk and Associate Piotr Rusin.
