The Warsaw office of DLA Piper has advised Resource Partners on its acquisition of the majority of shares in 7Anna. The KLP law firm reportedly advised the seller.
Resource Partners is a private equity investor in Central and Eastern Europe that focuses on consumer products and services.
7Anna is a Polish designer, manufacturer, and distributor of bicycles and bicycle components.
According to DLA Piper, “Resource Partner’s investment will support further growth of the company and strengthen its ability to deliver unique, innovative products to cycling enthusiasts worldwide.” According to the firm, the founders of 7Anna will continue in their current management roles in the company.
The DLA Piper team consisted of Partner Jakub Marcinkowski, Senior Associate Michal Gintowt, and Associate Jakub Szczygiel.
