Lawyers from the Warsaw and Paris offices of Dentons have advised the Ondura Group on its acquisition of CB S.A. Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka reportedly advised the sellers on the deal.
Dentons describes the Ondura Group, which is owned by investment fund Naxicap Partners, as "Poland's leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty building materials, with subsidiaries in Poland and Germany."
