Penteris has advised Immofinanz on its EUR 72.5 million sale of four office buildings in Warsaw to Hungary's Indotek Group. Greenberg Traurig advised the Indotek Group on the deal.

The buildings acquired by Indotek, which have a total rental space of approximately 45,300 square meters, are located in the Warsaw districts of Mokotow, Ochota, and Wlochy.

“Following the acquisition of our Warsaw Spire myhive landmark, the process of focusing our Warsaw standing investment office portfolio on our innovative myhive office brand is at an advanced stage," said Immofinanz COO Dietmar Reindl, referring to its acquisition in the summer of 2019 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 20, 2019). "The transaction with the Indotek Group was signed before the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic – we are pleased to have now successfully finalized the sale.”

Penteris's team included Managing Partner Agnieszka Pytlas, Senior Associate Iza Bogucka, Associate Lukasz Czerepak, Junior Associate Justyna Jozwiak, and Assistant Martyna Zagrzejewska.

Greenberg Traurig's team was supervised by Partner Radomil Charzynski and co-led by Senior Associates Aleksandra Kaczmarek and Pawel Jaskiewicz.
