Rymarz Zdort has advised a company controlled by a fund managed by Aberdeen Standard Investments on financing for the acquisition of 130 photovoltaic farms in Poland with an aggregate capacity of 122 MW. Mandated lead arrangers include ING Bank Slaski S.A. and BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.
According to Rymarz Zdort, the fund "manages assets worth EUR 510.4 billion (as of December 31, 2020). In Poland, the fund has already built a portfolio of solar farms with a capacity exceeding 380 MW.”
Rymarz Zdort’s team included Partners Marcin Iwaniszyn and Marek Durski, Counsels Jakub Rachwol and Jakub Krzemien, and Associates Robert Smigielski, Adrian Augustyniak, and Marta Szczepkowska.
The firm announced that it was unable to disclose additional details on the deal.
