White & Case has advised Play network operator P4 sp. z o.o. on PLN 5.5 billion in financing obtained from a consortium of financial institutions including main arrangers, original lenders, and financing guarantors Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Raiffeisen Bank International AG, and Santander Bank Polska and Credit Agricole Bank Polska. Allen & Overy reportedly advised the banks on the deal.
The funds will be used to repay the company's current debt and for general corporate purposes.
