Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak has successfully defended Bank Millennium in the Warsaw Court of Appeal.
According to SK&S, First Data Polska filed a claim seeking PLN 185 million from Bank Millennium, as part of the proceeds the bank received from Visa Inc.’s acquisition of Visa Europe in 2016.
According to the SK&S, the Court of Appeal dismissed First Data Polska’s claim in a final and binding judgment.
The SK&S team included Founding Partner Andrzej Szlezak, Partners Marcin Olechowski and Jacek Sinski, and Senior Counsel Jakub Urbanowicz.
