The Warsaw office of Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised Polish electricity distributor Tauron Polska Energia S.A. on its establishment of a hybrid bond issue program with a total value of PLN 450 million.
Gide’s team consisted of Partner Robert Dulewicz, Counsel Michal Smiechowski, and Associate Przemyslaw Kopka.
