Linklaters has advised the Czech investor Investika Realitni Fond, OPF on the acquisition of the Szyperska Office Center in Poznan from Wechta Nieruchomosci sp. z o.o., which was advised by B2RLaw.
According to Linklaters, Szyperska Office Center is a six-floor, A-class office building located in the center of Poznan. Its total leasable area exceeds 19,000 square meters, including over 17,000 square meters of office space.
