White & Case has advised Mid Europa Partners on the financing of its acquisition of Sage sp. z o.o. from the Sage Group. The syndicated loan for the acquisition was granted by a consortium consisting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., and Santander Bank Polska S.A.
Sage – which operates under the Symfonia brand – is a cloud business management solutions provider for Polish small and medium enterprises.
White & Case’s team in Warsaw included Partner Grzegorz Abram and Associate Klaudia Ochenkowska and in London Partner Colin Harley and Associates Sophie Rezki and Elle Illingworth.
White & Case did not reply to our inquiry on the matter.
