Rymarz Zdort has advised European Logistics Investment on its acquisition of land for the development of a 37,000-square-meter warehouse complex in Krakow, Poland.
ELI is a developer and operator of logistics parks. The company’s portfolio includes 19 logistics parks with a total leasable area of over 605,000 square meters located in Warsaw, Lodz, Krakow, Wroclaw, and Upper Silesia, among other locations.
According to Rymarz Zdort, ELI will construct the new Krakow logistics center in cooperation with Panattoni. Nearly 9,000 square meters of the space has been pre-let to Polish logistics operator InPost.
Rymarz Zdort’s team consisted of Partner Piotr Fedorowicz and Associates Izabela Skrzypczak, Tomasz Karkowski, Michal Kostewicz, and Mateusz Konopka. The firm did not reply to an inquiry about the deal.
