Rymarz Zdort has advised Allegro Group, an e-commerce platform in Central and Eastern Europe, on its lease of a 36,500 square meter space in the A2 Warsaw Park from Panattoni. Schoenherr reportedly advised Panattoni on the deal.
According to Rymarz Zdort, 33,500 square meters of the leased space will be occupied by a warehouse in which “comprehensive logistics services will be carried out such as storage, packing, and shipping, as well as the implementation of orders and returns.”
