Dentons has advised Stage Capital Management Limited and Mashav Energia investment funds on the sale of the Kanin Wind Farm to PKN Orlen at an unspecified price.
SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised the PKN Orlen Group on the deal.
According to Dentons, the wind farm is located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland, and has a capacity of 20 megawatts. The farm has been producing around 50 gigawatt hours per year since it began operating in 2012.
