WKB Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr has helped French aerospace company Safran Aircraft Engines SAS and Germany’s MTU Aero Engines AG obtain clearance from the Polish competition authority to form a joint venture.
According to WKB, the companies decided to jointly lead the development, production, and after-sales support of the engine that will power the next-generation combat aircraft, developed within the Future Combat Air System program.
WKB’s team included Partner Aleksander Stawicki, Attorney-at-Law Wojciech Kulczyk, and Lawyer Anna Brynska.
