Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka and Watson Farley & Williams have advised Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale on its EUR 45.5 million bridge financing of a wind farm portfolio in Poland that is being developed by Denmark-based European Energy.
According to WFW, the portfolio consists of five wind farms with a total capacity of 44.675 megawatts.
European Energy is a developer of wind and solar farms and large scale green energy storage in Europe, Australia and the Americas.
Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka’s team consisted of Partners Magdalena Skowronska and Rafal Hajduk, Counsels Maciej Goszczyk, Anna Konopka, and Malgorzata Wezyk, Senior Associate Tomasz Kalicki, and Associates Katarzyna Biarda, Natalia Plaskiewicz, Michal Pytkowski, and Karina Krzoska.
